Drivers also complete EverDriven's Driver Education Course to stay up-to-date on topics like safe driving practices, defensive driving, and sensitivity of passenger needs. Once all screening requirements are met and any district-required training has been completed, drivers are ready to service trips.
Vehicle checks by a certified third-party mechanic are required, at a minimum, annually. We are aware that some states may require these checks to be more frequent, rest assured we comply!

Yes. If your district needs vetted monitors or safety equipment, EverDriven can provide them. When a school district prefers to use its district-provided monitor, we can pick up and drop off the monitor as needed.
Additionally, we provide all necessary safety equipment such as car seats, safety vests, booster seats, buckle guards, and more to our school district partners.
Yes. Flexibility through quick routing changes for students transported under the McKinney-Vento Act and students in foster care is one of our specialties. Small-capacity vehicles are a great solution for students who have varying pick-up and drop-off locations and times because they aren’t limited by a traditional bus route.
Yes. School districts and approved school employees can track the location of students and the status of their trip through the District Portal. Parents can track their child’s location, view driver and vehicle information, and cancel an upcoming trip through EverDriven VIP, an app providing peace of mind to guardians. Learn more.
